Cinnamon Protein Roll-Ups

I can’t tell you the last time I’ve had a warm, fresh outta the oven (I actually like to microwave them 😜), soft and gooey Cinnamon Roll πŸ‘…πŸ’¦ but that’s just fine with me πŸ’ because I’ve created this πŸ’•guiltless, #lowcarb version instead πŸ‘Œ Cinnamon Protein Roll Ups πŸ₯πŸ₯with a raw #baobab powder 🌳 & melted coconut oil icing 🍈 sprinkled with magic dust ✨ (aka cinnamon) πŸ’‹

2 egg whites
1 Tbs coconut flour
1 Tbs vanilla protein powder
Splash of almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
–mix together and cook on pan heated with coconut oil. Tilt pan around so the batter spreads thinly and evenly. Flip when bottom appears ready

Top with Frosting:
1/4 C melted coconut oil
1/2 Tbs vanilla protein powder
2 tsp raw baobab powder (or coconut flour + stevia)
Dashes of cinnamon
